Erik is founder and CEO of Hooray, doing everything it takes to help brands succeed. Prior to founding Hooray, Erik was Team Lead at Amazon, working closely with brands and manufacturers to develop their strategies and accelerate their sales on the platform. Before that, he served as Global Sourcing in electronics for Walmart stores in North America and Europe, eventually becoming Merchandising Manager for home goods, member of Buyer Team of the year. Erik graduated with a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from University of Hong Kong.

As CTO of Hooray, Michael's priority is to ensure the team has access to the most accurate, granular, and up-to-date data they need to operate. Prior to Hooray, Michael was Director of IT at Shenzhen Bitland, China's largest laptop manufacturer, where he led data centralization, making technology and data more accessible. Before that, he was a full stack developer at Stanford's Wall Lab, an AI research laboratory at the Stanford School of Medicine. Michael graduated with a degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.

Ida is CSCO, where she oversees all things supply chain related, from product R&D to sourcing and manufacturing. She joins Hooray from Walmart, where she was General Merchandise Category Manager, responsible for 25 GM departments (online retail). In 2018, she was recognized as the "Buyer of the Year" of Walmart China, and shortly after in 2019, exceeded all expectations again by leading her team to an unprecedented 731% annual growth across all departments under management. Ida graduated from Nanchang Aviation University with a degree in German Language.

Under her leadership, her team manages over $200 million in annual sales across multiple platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Costco. She holds a degree in Spanish Language from Sichuan International Studies University.

From day one, Erik believed that customers deserve access to the best products from the best brands around the world, and not be limited to the same brands that have monopolized retail. His years of experience at Walmart and Amazon introduced him to many great brands and products, most of which just needed a little help navigating the nebulous rules of online and offline retail. With that insight, Hooray was born.

Prior to Hooray, he spent 6 years helping startups big and small build up their Amazon operations from the ground up, in the process successfully launching ten #1 Amazon Bestselling products with a combined annual revenue exceeding $20 million. Today, Calvin is busy streamlining and scaling his methodologies with the help of technology, helping clients ramp up faster than ever.

She then progressed to become a buyer for a globally recognized US-listed company, adeptly managing an annual purchasing volume that soared over $50 million USD.

Kaylie graduated with a in Logistic and Operation Management from Cardiff University.
